A. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

B. Review Process
After receiving a valid complaint, 5TO9BRAND will review the submitted information in good faith.
Where appropriate, we may:
- Remove or restrict access to the disputed content.
- Notify the affected user regarding the complaint.
- Request additional information from either party.
- Permanently suspend accounts that repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.
Each report is evaluated individually based on the available evidence and applicable law.
C. Counter-Notification
If you believe that content removed from 5TO9BRAND was taken down in error or that you have legal authorization to use the material, you may submit a written counter-notification.
Your counter-notice should include:
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled.
- The location where the material previously appeared.
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal resulted from an error or misidentification.
- Your full legal name.
- Mailing address.
- Telephone number.
- Email address.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court in the United States (or, if located outside the United States, the jurisdiction in which 5TO9BRAND LLC is established) and agreeing to accept legal service from the original complainant.

After receiving a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complainant. Unless legal action is initiated within the applicable response period, 5TO9BRAND may, at its discretion and in accordance with applicable law, restore the removed content or reinstate access.
False or Fraudulent Claims
Please note that knowingly submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent claims of copyright or intellectual property infringement may result in legal liability under applicable laws, including Section 512(f) of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Individuals who intentionally misrepresent infringement claims may be responsible for damages, legal costs, attorneys' fees, and any other remedies available under applicable law.
5TO9BRAND reserves the right to reject incomplete, unsupported, abusive, or fraudulent infringement notices and to take any additional action permitted by law to protect the integrity of our platform.
