MADE TO ORDER

At 5TO9BRAND, every product is created specifically for each customer after an order is placed. We do not mass-produce or keep large inventories. This made-to-order process helps us maintain exceptional print quality while reducing unnecessary waste.

SHIPPING FEES

We offer simple and transparent shipping rates for all eligible destinations:

• $5.99 for the first item
• $1.00 for each additional item
• FREE Shipping when you purchase 5 or more items

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY

To ensure safe and reliable delivery, we work with trusted shipping partners such as USPS, UPS, DHL, EMS, and other reputable international carriers.

Our fulfillment team processes orders during normal business days (Monday through Friday, Eastern Time), excluding major U.S. public holidays, including:

• New Year's Day
• Presidents' Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

Production Time

1–3 Business Days

After your order is received, our production team begins manufacturing your products. Production times may increase slightly during peak shopping seasons or promotional events.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery speed varies depending on your destination and the shipping carrier selected.

While we strive to deliver every package within the estimated timeframe, shipping schedules are provided as estimates only. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, unexpected transportation delays may occur that are outside our control.

If there is a significant delay with your shipment, our support team will notify you via email whenever possible.

According to our Return & Refund Policy, customers may request a full refund if an order has not been delivered within 60 days from the shipping date.

• A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent immediately after your package leaves our facility.
• Personalized or custom-made products may require additional preparation time depending on the complexity of the customization requested.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for the carrier to activate and update the tracking information within their system.

If the tracking page initially shows no movement, don't worry—this simply means the package is waiting for its first carrier scan.

Should your order exceed the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our Customer Support team and we'll be happy to investigate.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

If we notice incomplete or invalid address information, we may contact you for verification before shipping your order. This verification process could delay dispatch.

5TO9BRAND cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Please note:

• Packages returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address are generally not returned to our fulfillment center and may be disposed of or donated.
• A new shipping fee will apply if a replacement shipment is requested due to an address error.
• If you request the shipping carrier to reroute, redirect, or forward your package after dispatch, 5TO9BRAND is not responsible for any resulting delays, loss, or damage.

Shipping updates, order confirmations, and delivery notifications will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please ensure your email address is accurate and regularly monitored.
